Product Ranges
Nozzle Ranges We Supply
Fourteen core ranges, each with flow tables and a selection walkthrough rather than a bare product grid.
Why BoreJet
Sized to your duty, not a shelf code
Every nozzle is matched against your line pressure, fluid and target, then handed back with figures, not a catalogue number.
Materials matched to the fluid
316L stainless as standard, with PP, PVDF and PTFE on the shelf for acids, chlorides and solvents where steel fails.
OEM and custom to drawing
Built to your drawing or sample in the material you specify. Tooling, prototype and production in one line.
Flow data you can trust
Published flow tables at standard pressures, plus sizing support for non-standard duties before you commit.
What We Do
Services around the nozzle
Sizing support, OEM manufacturing and application engineering. The nozzle is the start, not the whole job.
Industries We Serve
Nozzle solutions by industry
Each industry has its own duty profile. Here is the nozzle logic behind each one.
Food & Beverage
CIP tank cleaning, hygienic washing, ingredient mixing and process cooling with sanitary-compliant nozzles.
Chemical & Pharma
Reactor and vessel cleaning, gas scrubbing, corrosion-resistant spraying and validated CIP.
Steel & Metal
Continuous casting secondary cooling, roll cooling and strip cooling with even-coverage flat fans.
Agriculture
Drift-controlled crop spraying, orchard and greenhouse misting, irrigation sprinkler systems.
HVAC & Process Air
Evaporative cooling, humidification, dust suppression and adiabatic pre-cooling for air streams.
General Manufacturing
Release-agent spraying, oil mist lubrication, parts washing and surface treatment across plants.
Selection Guides
Latest Guides
Short, practical walkthroughs on picking the right nozzle for the duty.

How to Set Up a Boomless Spray Nozzle Cluster Without Stripes or Drift
Boomless clusters trade evenness for access, so the setup work is geometry, overlap and droplet class. This guide works the width law, the L/ha arithmetic, the mounting and levelling checks and a catch-can calibration for a boomless agricultural swath.

How to Source Custom Plastic Spray Nozzles Without Tooling Rework
A buyer-side method for sourcing custom plastic spray nozzles, covering the molded versus machined break-even, orifice tolerance against flow, the incoming flow-bench test, material traceability and a three-year cost view.

Bottling Line Spray Nozzles: Fixing Rinse Gaps, Dry Conveyors and CIP Blind Spots
A station by station guide to bottling line spray systems. It covers rinse coverage, conveyor lubrication film, sanitizer spray, CIP blind spots and air dry-off. Each section gives the flow, pressure, angle and overlap numbers that hold the duty in control.
FAQ
Common questions, straight answers
How do I choose the right spray nozzle for my application?
Start with three numbers: flow rate, pressure and the coverage you need. From there, pattern (flat fan, full cone, hollow cone, spiral) and material follow from the duty. Our selection guides walk each step, or send the duty and get a sized recommendation back.
What is the difference between flat fan, full cone and hollow cone nozzles?
Flat fan nozzles deliver an even line of spray for cleaning, coating and roll cooling. Full cone fills the whole circle with uniform coverage. Hollow cone concentrates spray on the ring edge, good for gas cooling and scrubbing where you want fine droplets at the boundary.
Which materials are available for corrosive or hot fluids?
316L stainless as standard, with PP, PVDF and PTFE on the shelf for acids, chlorides and solvents. Brass and other alloys are available where the fluid and duty suit them. Material choice is matched to the fluid, temperature and pressure of your line.
What is the MOQ and lead time for OEM nozzles?
Standard ranges ship from stock with no fixed MOQ. Custom nozzles to drawing are quoted per part: tooling, prototype and production on one line, with lead time confirmed before you commit.
