Quality & Inspection
Inspection per order: flow, threads, dimensions and material, with certificates on request.
A nozzle is a flow-control device before it is a part, so inspection checks what the nozzle does, not just how it looks.
What is checked per order
- Flow verification. Sample parts are flow-tested at reference pressure against the spec table.
- Dimensional checks. Orifice, thread and seat dimensions are verified against the drawing.
- Thread gauges. Connections are checked with go/no-go gauges for BSP and NPT fits.
- Material traceability. Material certificates are available on request for stainless and plastic grades.
- Visual and functional. Surface finish and pattern checks on prototypes and first articles.
For hygienic and food-contact duties, surface finish and cleanability are specified at the drawing stage and verified on the first article.
