What we hold
From drawing to production, on one line
OEM is not an afterthought here. It is the default way we work. Each pillar below has its own page with the detail.
Prototype & Tooling
From drawing or sample to a working nozzle: tooling, prototype samples and pilot runs on one line before volume production starts.

ISO 9001-based process control, dimensional checks and flow verification. Documentation follows the part, so your audit trail is complete.

Matching the material to the fluid
The nozzle material is a process decision, not a catalogue box. General guidance below. Final selection is confirmed against your fluid data sheet.
| Material | Role | Typical duties | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| 316L stainless | Standard | Water, mild chemicals, food, pharma, high-pressure duties | Best all-rounder; resists corrosion and erosion |
| PP (polypropylene) | Corrosive duty | Mild acids and alkalis, plating lines, low-cost washdown | Light, cheap, good chemical resistance to ~60°C |
| PVDF | Strong acids | Halogens, strong acids, hot corrosive lines | Stiffer than PP, higher temperature rating |
| PTFE | Full chemical table | Aggressive solvents and acids where everything else fails | Near-total chemical resistance; softer, costlier |
| Brass | Light duty | Clean water, low pressure, price-sensitive lines | Cheap and easy to machine; watch dezincification |
Material performance depends on temperature, concentration and pressure. Confirm with your fluid specification before specifying.
How it works
Four steps from duty to delivery
Send the duty
Fluid, flow, pressure, temperature, target coverage, or the drawing and sample.
Sizing & material
Nozzle pattern, orifice, angle and material matched to your line conditions.
OEM to drawing
Tooling and prototype built on one line, samples verified before production.
Production & ship
Volume production with inspection records, shipped against your schedule.
